Notice on the Work Arrangement for Shipping during the 2024 Spring Festival Holiday

As the Chinese New Year holiday approaches in 2024, combined with the operation time of manufacturers and logistics, in order to effectively do a good jobDuring the Spring Festival periodRegarding work arrangements, Toonies has made the following notification:

1. Store pre-sale settings

Starting from January 27th, Shopee's cross-border store wide product delivery period is set to 10 days for pre-sale, while Shopee's local store wide product delivery period is set to 25 days for pre-sale. Merchants are advised to adjust their store's pre-sale days accordingly!

2. Shipment arrangement

In order to avoid high out of stock rates caused by factory closures, Toonies processed multiple orders on the last day of January 28th,Starting from January 29th, only single orders will be processed. On February 4th, the warehouse will clear the shelves and all incoming orders will be sent out(Including out of stock and short shipments)On February 17th, normal pre-sale time was resumed, and Toonies warehouse was shipped normally

3. Customer service arrangements
