Notice on Spring Festival holiday time and work arrangement in 2021

Dear Toonies user:

       The Spring Festival of 2021 is approaching. In order to make a good work arrangement for the holiday, Tonys will comprehensively make the following notice according to the holiday time of the partner manufacturers. Please read it carefully:

1. Shopee store pre-sale settings

       On January 30, the distribution merchant Shopee stores set the pre-sale time: 10 days for cross-border Chinese sellers; 22 days for local sellers. Sellers must verify whether the store has completed the pre-sale settings on January 30, to avoid orders that cannot be shipped within the specified time, resulting in overdue cancellation of the system. (Note: The cancellation date of the Cross-border Chinese seller pre-sale at shopee stores will be notified separately after the Spring Festival based on the arrival of the factory.)

       Cross-border Chinese seller stores can only display 500 products due to pre-sales. The Tonys system will synchronize the top 500 products sold in the store after the pre-sale starts.

2. Some factories turn on holiday mode

       In light of the actual situation, some manufacturers have closed their business for holidays. To avoid deduction of points for the distributors' stores, Toonies will start the holiday mode for the factories that stop the distribution of goods before the pre-sales are set up on January 30, and all the factories that have the holiday mode are on sale. The merchandise inventory is temporarily adjusted to zero and will be synchronized to the store at that time. During this period, the merchandise whose inventory is zero should not be deleted in the store background.

       Commodity inventory will be automatically added after the pre-sale starts on January 30 and will be synchronized to the store to resume listing.

       The products of the factory that has turned on the holiday mode will close the one-click publication and batch publication, and will not be able to publish normally until the pre-sale starts on January 30 and the inventory of the products on sale in the factory is restored.

3. Toonies supply chain orders

       At the same time, for factories that have opened the holiday mode, it will result in the Toonies supply chain website that the manufacturer’s products cannot be purchased and placed. Normal orders will be resumed on January 30, and the orders will be unified on February 19 after the Spring Festival holiday (the beginning of the first month of the lunar calendar) 8) Arrangements will be issued successively.
