Notice on change of tonis deduction mode

Dear users of tonis

      In order to avoid the occurrence of bad situations such as malicious orders and brush orders, which will lead to the order distribution to the warehouse and inconvenience to the manufacturer's goods preparation and storage, tonis deduction mode is changed from "paid deduction" to "tag counting deduction", that is, the order SKU displayArrivalState to deduct fees. The revised deduction mode will be implemented from December 10, 2020.

      If the order is cancelled and the delivery is not successful, the order needs to apply for after-sales service from tonis, and the after-sales refund can be made only after the return is successful to the manufacturer, and the operating fee of the undelivered goods will also be refunded.
