③ If the balance of your Tonnis account is negative, you will not pull the store order on the same day. Please recharge in time to ensure your delivery time

2. Tonnis status description of the order

The number after the SKU status represents the number of SKUs

hair: green indication: the product has been delivered

Arrival: Blue indicates that the goods have been put into the warehouse

Not yet: grey indication - goods not yet in stock, to be purchased

Out of stock: red indication -- temporarily out of stock

Off the shelf: red indicates that the product has been off the shelf

close: red indication - order close

ERP status: status of goods in toonies warehouse

3. About order tracking
