After sales order processing

Toonies businesses:

       After sales orders are uniformly applied for on the Toonies supply chain platform to facilitate after-sales processing. The after-sales period of orders is 15 days after the delivery time. Orders beyond the after-sales period will not be applied

1、 Question sheet

The order will be paid if the following conditions are met:

1. Wrong goods: wrong color, wrong size and wrong style

2. Quality problems: the goods are damaged and the products are stained

(According to the degree of product defects and different situations of problems, we need to negotiate and contact the customer service manager to negotiate the results before handling)

3. After sale, please provide the reason and upload the certificate(clear commodity label and picture are required for compensation. Compensation will not be given without clear proof.)


Under the following circumstances, the order will not be paid:

1. Damage of goods in the process of logistics transportation

2. Lost parts during logistics transportation

3. The buyer cancels the order to return the goods, and the buyer refuses to return the goods

4. The operation fee will not be refunded for the delivered goods

5. After the shopee warehouse signs and scans the package, the loss caused by logistics

6. Products that have not been published by the supply chain or have been published in a non-standard way, resulting in wrong delivery or other losses

Note: the above compensation standard is only applicable to the payment for goods, excluding the freight and operation cost caused by return and other factors. The problem order shall be timely fed back to the corresponding customer manager

Fill in the package shipping number - the express company chooses "other" (the customer returns the package by himself and chooses the corresponding logistics channel, otherwise choose other) - submit

3、 After sale treatment

Because of the long time limit of overseas return, Toonies returns goods on behalf of others. Some goods supply factories have been taken off shelves, resulting in failure of return. Toonies only refunds the cost price of goods successfully returned
