Taobao order delivery process announcement

Dear Tony merchants

In order to better handle Taobao orders and ensure the assessment indicators of Taobao stores, tonis adjusted the delivery process as follows,

After ERP downloading Taobao order

first day:  Issue the order with complete inventory

the second day:  Quantity of delivered goodsOrders ≥ 1

on the third day:  Quantity of delivered goodsOrders ≥ 1  

Split shipment example:A order of 10 pieces of clothes, the first day did not arrive, the next day arrived 8 pieces, tonis will first send 8 pieces of clothes, the remaining two pieces of clothes if arrived in the third day, will continue to reissue.

All orders are processed on the third day, less or closed orders.

The freight of split delivery of Taobao order is borne by the distributor.

The merchant can cancel and close the order according to the actual situation of the order. The closed order will not be delivered. If you have any questions, please contact the corresponding customer manager.
