Notice on the delivery rules of Toonies

Dear Toonies users

      According to different platforms, the following adjustments have been made to the delivery rules of Toonies:

 1、 Toonies supply chain platform, self built station platform

      WarehouseShipping rules:

      1. The order for all the goods to arrive

      2. The user clicks on the order of shortage

      3. Arrange the delivery of the goods that have arrived after the final delivery date

      Warehouse处理订单时间规则遵循以下:

      订单会关联产品的发货期,订单内含有不同的发货期产品,则按照最长发货期计算.Warehouse按照订单的最后发货时间处理订单,最后发货期内订单会安排发出(包含缺货少发的订单).Shopee平台订单除外.

For example 1. For the following Toonies supply chain order, the payment time is 2021-05-24 01:35:42, and the delivery period of all products of the order is within 3 days, then the final delivery time of the system associated order is 2021-05-27

For example 2. For the following Toonies supply chain order, the payment time is 2021-05-23 23:35:01, the delivery period of the order goods is 3 days and 7 days, and the longest delivery period is 7 days. If Sunday is not included in the preparation period, the final delivery time of the system associated order is 2021-05-31

2、 Shopee platform

      WarehouseShipping rules:

      1. Orders with all the goods delivered

      2. The user clicks the order of shortage and shortage

      3. Orders with 50% or more of the final delivery date

(cross border store deadline: the system grabs the expiration time of the store background order + 1 day)

Example 2. Local store deadline

The following order isTaiwan local store orders, Toonies download order time is 2020-07-22, the latest shipment time of the shopee order is 2020-08-05, then Toonies will arrange the shipment at the latest on 2020-7-26. (local store deadline: the system grabs the expiration time of the store's back office order - first journey days, Taiwan first journey 10 days)

Example 3. Maximum delivery period

Note: when the system grabs the expiration time of the store's back office order - the first journey days is greater than 7 days, the order will be processed according to [maximum delivery period: order label generation day + 7 days]

The following order isTaiwan local store orders,Toonies下载订单时间为2020-07-22,该shopee订单最迟出货时间2020-08-19,那么按照本地订单最后期限应该是2020-08-09(本地店铺最后期限:系统抓取店铺后台订单的到期时间- 头程天数,台湾头程10天),但是订单不会放置到最后发货期限处理,此时会遵循最长发货期限采购7天,即订单最迟会在2020-07-29处理.

The last delivery time is [latest delivery date of shopee - first time] first time: Taiwan 6 days, Vietnam 8 days, Malaysia 10 days, Thailand 10 days For this order, the actual Toonies system will show that the final delivery period is 24-10 = 14, that is, the latest delivery period for Toonies to process delivery is 2020-08-14

Note: users can check the order status in Toonies personal Center (my order) order list (shopee order)

1. Each user should process the order pushed by "my notice" on the same day;

2.订单如需少发发走,请操作[缺货少发],订单方可推送,Warehouse才能及时处理.

3. If you need to wait for the order, please [add order remarks]
