After sales, please provide the reasons for uploading the certificate. Note: after sales compensation requires uploading vouchers, providing clear commodity labels and pictures, and no compensation will be given without clear proof.)

3. Tonnis receives the order and returns the goods into the system. If the goods are returned to the manufacturer successfully, the after-sales refund will be processed. Goods that fail to return will be sorted out and returned by cross-border businesses. Local businesses in Taiwan can choose to discard or return the goods, and tonis who chooses to return them will collect the freight according to the actual freight of the day.
