Deduction process

Return process

1. If the seller applies for return, the distributor should apply for the refund of the order directly in the background.

2. Refund products need to be sent to our warehouse in Taiwan. After receiving the goods, the local warehouse in Taiwan will refund the goods to the distributor. The refund amount can be inquired in the personal center of the distributor. (Note: for refund goods, it is necessary to ensure the integrity of the outer package and goods, and the label bar code should be well preserved. If the package is damaged, the goods will not be returned.)
